Westwind HOA meeting minutes are provided in the pane to the right providing a historical reference since 2004 of all board decisions and "elections". A review of those minutes shows how the board determines it's members - no surprise, it's a Good Ol' Boys Club. During 'elections', the board nominates an officer who's term has just expired, and the officer becomes re-elected by a motion. This process guarantees that anyone voting by in-person ballot or absentee ballot per ARS 33.1812 and Article 3.1 is disenfranchised. It also usurps an election by hand or voice roll-call per ARS 33.1812 and Article 3.1.
